Carlito is believed to be the city's most streetwise vampire. He knows more secret routes and shortcuts from place to place than any other. He knows the streets (both above and below ground) like the back of his hand. He also knows a lot of secrets about what's going on in the city -- especially concerning gang activity and the like. Carlito is an informant to Hugo. He daily reports to the primogen all he has heard and seen in the city.
