Julian is a neonate, recently released from her sire, Wildcard Jay. Julian is a member of the mixed-clan coterie. She is a paranoid child with a bathtub fettish. Her paranoia is tamed by her comforting rubber ducky. Without her bathtub to sleep in and hide in, she can completely lose touch with herself and tends to rotchrek easily.
