Kurtis James (aka 'Flash') is a security and tactical officer who works for Mercedes. Kurtis is the twin-brother of Oliver 'Flash' James of clan Ventrue. Kurtis received the nickname 'Flash' because of his high rating in Celerity and his fast and perfect gunfighting skills.
