Ravnos Extra's

The Following are intended for use with Ravnos Characters only. The only exception is with the Secondary AbilitiesFlaws. Ravnos Vampires do not have their own Secondary Abilities, but, if they were Gypsies during their Mortal life (Phralmulo (3 pt Merit)) they can take Gypsy Secondary Abilities.
