Events 2003 - 2017

2003 - 2007: Beginning of the Tremere-Assamite conflict and skirmishes, followed by the Tremere-Assamite War. The Camarilla provided little official support to the Tremere in this area for fear of spreading forces too thin while trying to deal with other problems such as growing hostility between the other clans, mostly regarding the Ma'el and Ventrue. However, the Tremere called in many favors and boons from allies to assist them. Rumor is Clan Brujah may have secretly helped the Tremere behind the scenes. Many assassinations occured, but one failed in 2003 when an attempt was made on two well known Ventrue: Justicar Demetrius and an american named Walker Smithson. Both survived the attack.

Other skirmishes and small wars erupt around the world, thanks to the jyhad. Many forces fight each other both in the open and behind the scenes. Camarilla, Assamites, Ma'el, Black Hand, Sabbat, Mages, Werewolves, and other sects and supernaturals all become involved in one way or another. Only the Inconnu seems to remained out of the fighting. Some believe the Antediluvians are awake and in control of the jyhad behind the scenes. The Black Hand elders don't even seem to know what's going on. Only the Del'Roh seems to know what is going on, and she will not share her knowledge. She simply orders the Qadi Tribunal and Seraphim, and when questioned she threatens them with the wrath of the ancient ones. This threat has worked so far.

During this period, a disease was released by an unknown power. It attacks the mind and senses, resulting in decreased auspex and dominate powers for vampires. The disease has no effect on mortals.

2008-2010: World War III broke out, partly a result of the jyhad. By the time it ended in 2010, Syria had been nuked, many countries became plagued by pestilence and famine, diseases and death. The war was both biological and chemical, with many conventional strikes by air, land and sea. In addition to the D-day of Syria, a few relatively minor nuclear exchanges occured.

2009: Tremere-Assamite War ended, but the Tremere were reduced from a clan of 120 vampires to a clan of only 40.

2015: Inner Circle meets. The Camarilla declares war on the Ma'el, at which time the Ma'el Inner Circle representative Zo'or does not seem surprised. He merely nodds and leaves, commenting on the terrible future that awaits both the Ma'el and the Camarilla.

As of 2017

The Ma'el mothership has taken position behind Earth's moon, and the Ma'el still on Earth have gone into hiding. However, they still control many governments and many supernaturals. Most have done away with their alien appearances and are blending in with society, acting as spies and warriors for their superiors who remain in various secret bases around the world. The Camarilla claims the Ma'el must have been responsible for bombing the Assamites in Syria, though this has not been proven.

Justicar Caize discovered that the Ma'el headquarters is located at the Sabbat capitol, Mexico City. The Camarilla is preparing to attack.

Dr. Greene came back from the Ma'el and requested the protection of the New Orleans Princedom in exchange for his knowledge and help in fighting the Ma'el.

• 1/9/99 Wed: ...
• 1/8/99 Tue: In the a.m. Cyril dies in D.C. Vu / Adam weird shit. That night, Walker meets Markus Vitel.
• 1/7/99 Mon: Inner Circle met in Venice, Italy. Doc & Hamish die crashing alien-supercharged lear jet into the meeting.
• 1/6/99 Sun: Sonny Mancini and Flash disappear while trying to avange Reno's death.
• 1/5/99 Sat: Meeting in New Orleans. Reno Mancini is killed in Chicago.

2001

• March: Fade returns to New Orleans.
• February: Mercedes moves out of New Orleans. Fawn becomes primogen of Toreador.
• Rumor is Charity Caize will be appointed as Malkavian Justicar when the Inner Circle meets in January 2002 to finalize the decision.

2000

• Doc Holiday sells his ranch for $3 million.
• Jonathon Davidge becomes Prince of New Orleans.
• Julian travels to Baton Rouge.
• Walker Smithson buys the Wildcard Casino from Gene Garfield.

1999

• Without a prince in the city of New Orleans, several clan elders create progeny.
• Julian travels to Nevada.

• October 29: Fade goes to California for vigilante action while doing some work for Algernon also.
• May 6: Fade travels to Nevada to hang out with Doc.
• March 28: Camille moves to Baton Rouge to start business.
• March 3: Fade and other Assamites travel to Richmond Virginia tracking the N.O.D.
• February 17: Doc Holiday leaves New Orleans, moves to Nevada.
• February 16: Funeral for Vincento at Reno Mancini's home in Chicago. Xaviar calls a hunt on John Hall aka Doc Holiday. Malkavian clan is trophy clan and they insist he be brought in alive.
• February 15: Vail of Clan Tremere is destroyed by the N.O.D. Crosus Merula & Kallio are missing. Xaviar declares Victor, Simon, & Eddie enemies of the Camarilla and calls a blood hunt. Fade becomes an archon working for Algernon Bayard.
• February 14: Archon Gina and others visit Simon Larue's mansion. Gina is killed & diablerized there.
• February 13: Prince Vincento Mancini and Justicar Octavius are destroyed by the N.O.D.
• February 7: Carter Fontaine is terminated as punishment for destroying several vampires in New Orleans.
• February 4: New Orleans Prince Mancini holds a meeting to discuss the problems with the lupine and kindred.
• February 3: Victor Laurent is declared destroyed by the Round Table Coterie.
• February 2: Wildcard Jay is killed and his home blown up along with several other homes in the New Orleans Garden District. Brenda becomes Malkavian Primogen in New Orleans.
• February 1: Jerid (Kallio's progeny) and other kindred are apparently killed by lupine in New Orleans.
• January 18: Andrey Rozhkov joins the Round Table Coterie.
• January 17: Andrey Rozhkov is introduced to New Orleans Prince Mancini.
• January 5: Vincento Mancini declares a blood hunt on Victor Laurent.

1997

• March 4: Reno Mancini becomes Prince of Chicago, with help from Al Capone.

• The prince of Chicago (Lodin) declares a Blood Hunt on all Lupines. Garou and Sabbat assault Chicago, destroying almost half the Kindred. Prince Lodin was never seen again. [CbN2, p25]
