There are Anarchs in the city, but not many, and they stay well hidden. The new Prince, Dominic Shaw, enforces the Traditions to the letter. The Ventrue Primogen, Tomas Thornton, despises caitiff and the anarch groups they form. With two kindred of such power in the city, Anarchs are few and far between, and any entering the city are hunted.

There are a handful of Caitiff, Magi, and Lupine in the city of Las Vegas, but few local Kindred know it. Ravnos are known to hang out in Anton Micelli's Carnival. No Assamites have been to Las Vegas for decades.
