On this ice planet, there is a city-base constructed by a Vegan-Human merchant partnership which is not affiliated with any government. Orbiting the Ross 154 merchant-base-ice-planet is the Ros 154 space station. Ships frequently dock at the Ross 154 space station and then use a station shuttle to fly to the surface city-base where casinos, bars, gun shops, computer stores, and many other things can be found. It is a merchant's paradise where many things are bought, sold, and traded, including services ranging from prostitutes to mechanics to mercenaries. Black market dealings occur there too. It is a neutral, free system.

Detailed Information: Wolf 359 has been explored by all the major governments and race. There are no planets in the system, only a vast asteroid belt. The asteroids have been scanned but nothing of value was found. Earthforce placed a stargate at Wolf 359, but it is rarely used. Recently, however, several Vegan Patrol Ships were destroyed there, but no official explaination has been given regarding who did it or why. The rumor is the Vegan ships were destroyed by a group of Tarathi ships they chased into the sytem. The Tarathi government denies any of their ships were near Wolf 359.
